The product must be in its original packaging, including the box, bag, and accessories.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at a discount, using a discount code, or store credit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm and process your refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

5. Defective Products

If the product you received is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can resolve the issue for you.

6. Compensation and Refunds

After we inspect the product, we will notify you of whether your refund has been accepted or rejected. If accepted, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 business days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after we have confirmed it, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. If you still have problems, please contact us for support.

8. Product Exchange

We only accept product exchanges if the product is defective or damaged. Please contact us for support if you need to exchange the product.
